The REAL Secret Recipe to Fulfilling Your Dreams

Failure to plan is planning to fail.

Here is the recipe to help achieve your goals and dreams.

  • Be as clear and specific as you can about your
    goals, whether for health, finances or family.
  • Be passionate about your goals and attach an
    emotion to them. Emotions lead to action and
    action is required to reach your goals.
  • Find ways that you will measure your success:
    inches lost, IRA contributions or photos of family
    fun time.
  • Specify the strategies and tactics that will
    bring you to those goals. What new habits will you
    create that lead to accomplishing your goals?
  • Describe specific action steps that you will
    commit to. Write them down or make a video so you
    can watch yourself commit to your goals. Will you
    commit to reducing sugar, going to the gym 3X a
    week or planning a family outing to the beach?
  • Create a timetable for your action steps so you
    can monitor your progress.
  • REWARD yourself when you achieve milestones such
    as better blood work, savings accrued or
    mini-goals achieved.
