We have now arrived at the eating season. That’s what I call the time between Halloween and Valentine’s Day. It’s one long munch with a short break in January when we set and break New Year’s resolutions.

This year you can use some coaching skills to help avoid the weight gain, health challenges and lowered self-image that comes with not sticking with a healthy food plan.
