All the buzz about to-do lists prompted me to post this list.
Every day I’ll eat…
One serving of broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, or cabbage.
At least one serving of beet greens, cilantro, dandelion greens, kale, collards, or parsley.
One of the following fruits or the juice of one: lemon, lime, tangerine, or orange.
One daikon radish, egg, garlic, leek, onion, green onion, or shallot.
An artichoke, some asparagus, a beet, some celery, dandelion tea, nutritional yeast (not brewer’s yeast) or whey protein.
One of these: an apple, berries, carrot, 1 Tbls. freshly ground flax seeds, or some red grapes
3oz of some high quality grass fed protein like buffalo, beef, chicken, lamb, turkey, or wild caught fish at each meal.
Don’t forget high quality oils: coconut, olive oil, Udo’s 3-6-9, or organic butter. Just a dab is fine.
Water, water, water!!!
If I eat from this list everyday, I will have a healthier liver and colon. That’s an awesome start to better health.
